Empowering women in technology and engineering professions

As a woman-owned firm, Kaygen’s leadership is very passionate about bridging the gap for women in technology and engineering fields. We are partnering with organizations such as Advancing Women in Technology, and with local colleges; we are committed to mentoring women and providing them the tools and resources and an accessible network of professionals to close this gender gap.

Improving local communities

Coming from humble beginnings, company founders, Anshul and Rashmi were taught at a very young age about the importance of giving back and helping others in times of need. These values are reflected in all we do to support our local communities.
