How do we get started on an initiative that spans one or more business units, functional teams, and critical enterprise applications?

KAYGEN solution experts (typically 1 or 2 of us) partner with your key stakeholders and SMEs to deliver a detailed Value Architecture (dVA) best-fit for your organization. We leverage our expertise in variety of industry verticals, involvement with professional communities (see About Us) and Oracle MDM teams to address all aspects of a successful MDM program for you.

A 4 to 6 week engagement (could vary by client size or scope) culminates in a solution prototype (pilot or Proof-of-Concept) and includes:

• Operational metrics (baseline) linked to your organization's vision, strategy, and objectives to validate estimated value criteria used in business justification.
• Organizational alignment among stakeholders, introducing a governance framework to facilitate change management
• MDM solution design including data management footprint, master data model foundation, data quality enablers, and data integration architecture.
• Rapid value deployment plan and readiness assessment
